Stakeholder research is a process of working with current and potential stakeholders and service users to determine a common goal. Stakeholders bring experience, knowledge, values – and help shape future service plans.
Engaging with and asking service and facility users what they feel their needs are and if, or how, they are being met is crucial for developing services and programmes. It allows us to gain a better understanding of the stakeholders’ needs and to develop solutions that fit their needs accordingly.
The Chamwell Centre Charity aims to engage with its service users, and welcomes open communication with all stakeholders. Reports published on this page demonstrate the different surveys undertaken to date.
The Chamwell Centre was built entirely by charitable funding and will rely on the generosity of the public, businesses and charitable trusts to continue its work and to ensure that children and adults in Gloucestershire can enjoy its facilities.
